Abstract
: 3鄄methylthiopropanol in Sesame鄄Flavor Liquor was analyzed by gas chromatography鄄flame pho鄄
tometric detector (GC鄄FPD) in this study. The wine was concentrated 50 times and extracted by dichlo鄄
romethane for sample pretreatment. The chromatographic condition carried out that: polar chromatogra鄄
phic column DB鄄FFAP (60 m 伊 0郾 25 mm 伊 0郾 25 滋m), programmed temperature, inlet temperature 260
益, detector temperature 200 益 . External standard method was adopted. The results showed that with the
concentration of 5 - 100 mg / L of 3鄄methylthiopropanol the linear correlation coefficient (
R
2
) was
0郾 991 3, LOD was 2郾 5 mg / L, LOQ was 5 mg / L, while with the level of 8,30,80 mg / L recovery rates
were between 84郾 3% to 89郾 7% , R. S. D. ranged from 3郾 7% to 4郾 6% . Five major Sesame Flavor Liq鄄
uor corporations and 18 samples were inspected. The 3鄄methylthiopropanol couldn蒺t be detected in com鄄
mercial wines including the corporation of 玉 and 芋, original wines such as 玉, 域, 芋 and 吁. While
the concentration of 3鄄methylthiopropanol in the commercial wines of 域鄄a, 域鄄b, 域鄄c, 域鄄d and 吁鄄a
were 1郾 03, 0郾 35, 0郾 80, 0郾 67, 0郾 18 mg / L, respectively. In the corporation of 郁 original wine and
commercial wine, its concentration were all below 0郾 1 mg / L.
