Abstract
: Gas chromatography (with a FPD detector) was applied to the quick determination of 13 or鄄
ganophosphorus pesticides residues in green tea with sample pretreatment by ultrasonic assisted extraction
and dispersive solid phase extraction. The sample (5 g) was extracted with 20 mL acetonitrile(containing
1% acetic acid) by ultrasonic, and the extract was purified by dispersive solid鄄phase extraction with
graphitized carbon / primary secondary amine (GCB / PSA) . After the high speed centrifugation, nitrogen
flushing concentration, and filtration, the sample was detected by GC鄄FPD. At the fortification level from
0郾 02 - 0郾 10 mg / kg, the average recovery of 13 organophosphorus pesticides was 84郾 78% - 116郾 72% .
Meanwhile, the relative standard deviation (
n
= 3) was from 0郾 12% - 9郾 32% and the limits of detection
was 0郾 000 8 - 0郾 01 mg / kg. The method was simple, rapid, accurate, and low鄄cost with few impurity
disturbs and suitable for organophosphorus pesticides detection in green tea. This method was applied for
the detection green teas in local markets, and the results of all organophosphorus pesticides were under
the maximum residue limits of GB 2763—2012.
