澳大
利亚

爱尔兰等地投资建厂
。
这也给我国的监督
检验部门提出了新的难题
:
在享用了外国优势资
源和先进技术的同时
,
也要防范国外未知的食品
安全风险
。

Abstract
: This paper mainly analyzes the current technological development status and quality control
standards of Chinese milk powder, including raw milk powder and infant formula milk powder, and focu鄄
ses on the quality control and food safety of milk powder during processing. Meanwhile, this paper also
discusses the direction of technology development, quality control measures, and food safety management
of milk industry in the future.
