The network catering platform undertakes the legal obligations of qualifications admission examination, business behavior attention, joint and several liability and the obligation of paying compensation in advance. In order to solve these problems, the whole process of food safety management system should be established and information should be shared through the multi-party participation. Meanwhile, standardizations about the online and offline, the elimination mechanism of market, strengthening risk communication, and guiding of consumers are also the countermeasures to continuously ensure food safety in online catering.
