    摘要:

    利用自制的固相反应成套设备(SRE1000型),将固态脱氢醋酸和氢氧化钠、碳酸钠直接研磨发生固相反应生产食品防腐剂脱氢乙酸钠。正交试验结果表明,脱氢醋酸与摩尔比为3∶7的NaOH和Na2CO3混合进行固相反应是最优配比,固体碱分2次加入可使固相反应快速且平稳地进行。响应面实验设计优化了作为磨介的氧化铝球的配比,其结果是不同直径的氧化铝球18=253.59kg,27=368.14kg,35=251.50kg时,固相反应时间最短,总反应时间为444.7min。

    Abstract:

    Using self-made solid-phase reaction complete sets of equipment(model SRE-1000), Solid-state dehydroacetic acid , sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate were grinded together then Leading to solid-phase reaction producing food preventive sodium dehydroacetate. Orthogonal experiment results showed that the dehydroacetic acid reaction with molar ratio of 3∶7 NaOH and Na2CO3 mixture was the optimal ratio, Adding solid base twice could accelerate the solid-state reaction smoothly. Response surface experimental design was used to optimize the grinding media ratio of alumina ball, as a result, when different diameter alumina ball were 18 = 254 kg, 27 = 368 kg, 35 = 252 kg, the time for solid-phase reaction was shortest which was 444.7 minutes.
