Abstract:During the reform and opening up in the past 30 years, China's food industry has developed at an unprecedented rate, food comprehensive productive capacity has been improved substantially and residents' food consumption has been enhanced significantly. However, there is no doubt that there are still many problems in the development of China's food industry. In this paper, the status quo of China's food industry is systematically studied from several aspects such as economic efficiency, inner-structure, foreign trade, etc. Moreover, an analysis is made on several key proportional relations in the process of food industry development. On that basis, the problems and the trends are further discussed for China's food industry in terms of industrial competitiveness, food safety, product structure, etc. Accordingly, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.

Abstract:The mechanism on microbial transformation of castor oil to γ-decalactone through β-oxidation by various microorganisms and a series of research progress related of about producing γ-decalactone by Yarrowia lipolytica were reviewed. Our works on the genetic modification of Yarrowia lipolytica for producing high yield of γ-decalactone using homologous recombination gene knockout and self-cloning technology was introduced. Finally, outlook of constructing high-yield of γ-decalactone producing strains was given, in order to lay the foundation for research directions in the future.

Abstract:In this paper, pork freshness nondestructive detection is summarized, involving NIR detection technique, AOS and ATS detection techniques, computer vision detection technique and ultrasonic detection technique. Accoring to the primary issues, a multi-information fusion technology was put forward in this paper. It will be the main research direction of pork freshness nondestructive detection in the future.

Abstract:The purpose of the paper is to research an immobilization method, which is suitable for the WXZ-2 with Denitrification Characteristics .This study adopt PVA, carrageenan, PVA+agar, PVA+carrageenan to embed the WXZ-2. Contrasted the indices, NH+4-N and TN removal rate, Mechanical Strength, Preservation Time,fix the best embedding medium.The result shows that the NH+4-N removal rate of the PVA+agar pellet and the PVA+carrageenan pellet are more than 90%, the TN removal rate of the PVA+carrageenan pellet is about 80%, the NH+4-N and TN removal rate of the others kinds of the pellets are less than 80%.Except the carrageenan pellet, the others pellets show good Mechanical Strength, but the adherence happens to the PVA pellet. The activity of the PVA+agar pellet and the PVA+carrageenan pellet are 857% and 812% after three months preserved. In summary, PVA+agar is the best embedding medium for WXZ-2.The paper studies the culture conditions of the four pellets in addition. The result shows that, the more small the Hole Diameter and Hole Density of the carrier are, the more greatly RPM impacts on the activity of the pellets.

Abstract:The methods for analyzing Microcystins in water using SPE and HPLC were developed by comparing the conditions which had influence on the analysis. The accuracy and precision of MC-RR were up to 1.06% and 1.35%, while MC-LR were 2.75%、0.42% respectively, with a well linear relation at the range of 0.1~5.0μg/mL and the respective correlation coefficient were all above 0.999. In addition, the results of determining of the MC content in water form Yuanmingyuan Park showed that this method could determine the microcystins in water efficiently. The analysis of water from Yuanmingyuan Park indicated that there are MC-LR and MC-RR, the recovery of MC-LR was 90.4%, MC-RR was 91.7%.

Abstract:Based on the research system composed of Bis(2,4,5-trichloro-6-carbonpentoxyphenyl) oxalate (commonly referred to "CPPO" ) and red fluorescer Rhodamine B, the influence of dispersant smash mica is discussed from perspectives of the particle diameter, concentration and type. The results show that systematic chemiluminescence efficiency is the highest with the approprite application of smash mica, which is justified by the elongated light life and improved light intensity.

Abstract:Upconversion materials LiLa(MoO4)2:Yb3+, Er3+(Tm3+) were synthesized by the sol-gel method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by the X-ray diffraction and the upconversion luminescence spectra were recorded by a spectrophotometer. Under a 980nm semiconductor laser excitation, green upconversion emissions of LiLa(MoO4)2:Yb3+, Er3+ at 530nm and 550nm can be observed, while the blue emission of LiLa(MoO4)2:Yb3+, Tm3+ at 475nm can be seen by naked eye. Moreover, the upconversion mechanisms is discussed in our paper. the upconversion luminescences of Er3+ and Tm3+ are produced through a two-photon and a three-photon process, respectively.

Abstract:For the research of technology of camera calibration,the camera model in OpenCV is discussed, and considered on the influences and methods of lens distortion. An arithmetic of camera calibration based on OpenCV is given. This method makes use of the functions of the library effectively, and improves the deficiency of computation, and has a good property for the application to multi-platform. It Can meet the needs of other vision measurement systems.

Abstract:The application of hybrid in construction machinery has become the current research focus. In order to study the energy recovery dynamic process of executive body in hybrid excavator body, the realistic working hydraulic excavator model is established by multi-body dynamics software recurdyn,and the hydraulic motors, generator, power battery model is establish by software simulink in hydraulic energy recovery system. Boom and arm on the potential energy under the recycling process were studied. Energy changes of motor speed, load changes of the electromagnetic torque and the efficiency of energy recovery in the boom cylinder and the arm cylinder recovery process are analyzed. It provides a reliable basis for upgrading of technology in hybrid excavator.

Abstract:In this study, a highly efficient and accurate method of modeling is given. It aims at solving the existing problems in the traditional modeling method of atlantoaxial finite element model. A atlantoaxial three dimensional nonlinear finite element model of a normal adult man was established, based on the CT scan images with Mimics and Ansys software, and C-language programming. A few key points and notices are expatiated.

Abstract:The establishment of quality assessment standard is one of the problems should be solved in image fusion. Under analyzing and discussing the existence objective and subjective quality evaluation methods, a new evaluation method of fusion image is presented in this paper. This method combines objective and subjective factors. In addition, it considers the characteristics of human visual system without reference image. The infrared and low light image fusion experiments in different kinds of algorithms demonstrate that it is a practical, effective quality measurement method. It is helpful for selection of image fusion algorithm.

Abstract:Unified communications service is an integrated service, providing voice, video, data and information services. A portal system offers management of this service to enterprise managers and ordinary employees. The portal system is built up via SSH(Spring, Struts, Hibernate) framework. An extension of service logic layer of this system is suggested since the traditional SSH solution can not fulfil certain requirements. This paper firstly introduces the network infrastructure of UC service, analyzing the particular requirements that differ from regular systems. Afterwards, this paper proposes a scheme of extension, then the means to implement it. This service logic layer is capable to communicate with a variety of servers in a complex network, making full utilization of SSH framework.

Abstract:A mature distributed system middleware should provide addressing, communication between different processes and guarantee the quality of service simultaneously. Some middlewares provide good addressing and communication abilities, but lack of quality of service. COPART-MACO is such a middleware. To improve its quality of service, the paper took advantage of its addressing and communication abilities, inducted message queue and persistence, designed Ebupt Message Queue (EMQ). In practice, EMQ can guarantee the quality of service for upper layer application. Moreover, EMQ provided persistence, which made it meet the demand of some non-realtime message communication scene.

This system taking AT89C52 as a core, has realized the function such as power source's management, correspondence cuts, and operations of monitoring equipment and electrically operated theater curtain. Abstract:In order to compare and analyze the performance of three load balancing algorithms in cluster system: Random, Round-Robin and Weighted Round-Robin, the modeling methods and steps of the network simulation based on OPNET are presented in this paper. The three algorithms are built up based on OPNET, which can realize simulation of the performance of the cluster. The simulation results indicate that all of the three algorithms can achieve a balanced distribution of workload, and the Round-Robin algorithm has better load balancing effect in a isomorphic cluster system, while the Weighted Round-Robin algorithm achieves better load balancing effect in a heterogeneous cluster system.
