    Abstract:

    Study on toxin contamination in the food based on risk analysis has public health significance. These natural toxins cause a great threat to human health because of their carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic characteristics. On the basis of the natural toxins and their hazards analysis of food, risk analysis methods was used to assess the hazards, in order to put forward suggestions for pollution prevention and control of natural toxins in food.
