    Abstract:

    One kind of healthy beverage was researched using the sericin and wolfberry extracts as materials. Through the single factor test and orthogonal test, the optimized recipe was as follows:10% wolfberry extracts, 1% sericin protein, 0.10% citric acid, and 0.050% aspartame. The color of the beverage was bright yellow with fresh scent of wolfberry. The beverage had antibacterial and antioxidant activities and could promote gastrointestinal digestion,which had the development prospect.
