    Abstract:

ICP-MS method was used for determining the content of heavy metals including Cu, Zn, Pb, Cr, Cd, and Ni of different grade green tea. The influence of immersion time, immersion times on six metal elements leaching rate was studied. The results showed that the contents of heavy metal harmful to human body in tea decreased with the green tea levels increased. The content of heavy metalsin leaching solution of the tea increased in former 30 minutes as the immersion time increased, then the element leaching rate reduced with the increase of immersion times. The content of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cr, and Cd were 0.044, 0.300, 0.0101, 0.0017, 0.0039mg/L, respectively.
