The utilization status of fruit forest industry resource in XinJiang and the meaning of development were introduced in this paper. The countermeasures for promoting resource superiority transform of fruit forest industry were put forward from four aspects, which include the construction of XinJiang characteristic fruit forest product quality safety system, the development of materials circulation of XinJiang characteristic fruit forest product, the optimization of industrial structure of XinJiang characteristic fruit forest industry, and endowing XinJiang characteristic fruit forest product with region civilization feature.
