    Abstract:

    The architectural systems of big constant temperature fresh-keeping storeroom for potato tubers and the key points of architectural & structural design were analyzed. There are mainly two kinds of the architectural systems, one is the central return air delivering system, the other is the split type return air delivering system. The key points of the Architectural design are construction of heat preservation airtight design and the fire-protection design. The key points of structural design are the anti-lateral pressure capability of the wall and the bearing pressure capability of the ground.
