The barrate structure and operate process of a chamber centrifugal separator were introduced in this paper. The barrate structure was improved for enhancing the separation efficiency of this kind of machine. The flow rate of the suspension in the improved barrate of a chamber centrifugal separator was analyzed, which provided a theory basis for ceaseless automatic discharging of solid particles.
