    Abstract:

The oil was obtained from the seeds of groundcherry (Physalis alkekengi L.) native in Heilongjiang by the technology of ultrasound-assisted extraction method in 3 kinds of different solvent, respectively. The yields were n-hexane 17.26% (mass fraction, w), ethyl acetate 18.51%, diethyl ether 19.55%, respectively. The components of the oil were analyzed and identified by GC/MS, the results showed that groundcherry seeds oil contained linoleic acid (65%~75%), oleic acid (10%~15%), hexadecanoic acid (6%~15%) and octadecanoic acid (1.0%~3.5%).
