    Abstract:

    EssentialoilswereextractedfromZanthoxylumbungeanumMaxim.inSichuanProvinceandinHanchengCity,ShaanxiProvincebysupercriticalfluidextractionandsolvent-freemicrowaveextractionrespectively.TheelectronicnosewasusedtodiscriminatetheessentialoilsextractedfromvariousoriginofZanthoxylumbungeanumMaxim.,andbyusingdifferentextractionmethodandprocessconditions.Theodorfingerprintoftheessentialoilswasanalyzedbyprincipalcomponentanalysismethod.ItshowsthattheessentialoilsofZanthoxylumbungeanumMaxim.canbedifferentiatedbyelectronicnose.Theaccumulatedvariancecontributionratesofprincipalcomponent1and2areamong98.989%~99.5969%withdiscriminationindexamong93~95ineachPCAcharts.Thefeasibilityofusingstatisticalqualitycontrolmethodinqualitycontrolandusingdiscriminantfactorialanalysismethodtodiscriminatetheoilswasstudiedpreliminarily.
