    Abstract:

    ThedevelopmentrequirementofChinafoodindustryinthenewagewasreviewedinthispaper.ThebasisofsettingthedevelopmentgoalsforChinafoodindustryandthechallengelyingaheadwereanalyzed.ThemajorresearchfieldofachievingthedevelopmentgoalsofChinafoodindustrywasemphasized.ThedevelopmentstrategyforpromotingChinafoodindustrywasputforward.ThecurrentstatusthatthefoodenterprisesinChinawereshortofscientificresearchandinnovationandthetraditionalfoodprocessingwasstillinastateofmanualworkshoporhalf-machineoperationwerepointedout.Onlywhentheindustrializationoftraditionalfoodwasrealizedbythedevelopmentpathofindependentandtechnologicalinnovation,thedevelopmentlevel,technologydevelopmentlevel,anddevelopmentteamofChinafoodindustrycouldstruggletheworldfirst-class.
