For the research of technology of camera calibration,the camera model in OpenCV is discussed, and considered on the influences and methods of lens distortion. An arithmetic of camera calibration based on OpenCV is given. This method makes use of the functions of the library effectively, and improves the deficiency of computation, and has a good property for the application to multi-platform. It Can meet the needs of other vision measurement systems.
