Abstract:The oil was obtained from the seeds of groundcherry (Physalis alkekengi L.) native in Heilongjiang by the technology of ultrasound-assisted extraction method in 3 kinds of different solvent, respectively. The yields were n-hexane 17.26% (mass fraction, w), ethyl acetate 18.51%, diethyl ether 19.55%, respectively. The components of the oil were analyzed and identified by GC/MS, the results showed that groundcherry seeds oil contained linoleic acid (65%~75%), oleic acid (10%~15%), hexadecanoic acid (6%~15%) and octadecanoic acid (1.0%~3.5%).

Abstract:A series of overlapping decapeptides (offset by five amino acids) were synthesized on the basis of the sequence of β-lactoglobulin. Two IgG-binding epitopes were identified using individual sera from cow milk allergic patients, which located in the sequence of aa22-36, aa127-141, respectively. The results indicate that it is feasible to decrease the allergenicity of cow milk by hydrolysis which specially destroy the epitopes of β-lactoglobulin.Key words: cow milk; β-lactoglobulin; IgG; epitope

Abstract:To establish an easier and more humane treatment way, experimental rats were respectively fed 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5% and 1.0% of D-penicillamine mixing with dietary compositions, and the proper dietary D-penicillamine dose was discussed. The results indicated that the doses of 0.3% and 0.4%of D-penicillamine effectively decreased the copper content in liver and serum of rats through promoting the urinary output of copper without side-effects. Therefore, 0.3%~0.4% was considered as the best dietary D-penicillamine dose for removing copper from rats. Also, the results showed that the metabolisms of copper and zinc in rats were not exactly similar, and there might be a precise mechanism for maintaining the hepatic zinc lever.

Abstract:The flaxseed gum was extracted from flaxmeal with water in this paper. By using single-factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as follows: the ratio of material to liquid, 1∶125, extraction temperature, 70℃, extraction time, 90min, and washing for 1 time. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of flaxseed gum could amount to 32.0%. The effect of concentration, pH, temperature on the viscosity of flaxseed gum solution and the effect of concentration on the rate of emulsion were also studied.

Abstract:Volatile compounds in "Okubao" peach (Prunus persica (L.) Batsch cv. "Okubao" ) during postharvest storage at 8℃ were investigated using SPME-GC/MS. The organoleptic qualities of the aroma and off-flavor were evaluated. Relationships between sensory attributes and the volatile composition of peach were analyzed by using partial least squares regression (PLSR). The results showed that 1-MCP reduced the aroma quality of peach fruit. γ-decalactone and δ-octalactone, the characteristic aroma compounds in peach, were correlated positively with aroma and negatively with off-flavor and the increase of their contents could promote aroma quality. In contrast, 2-fluoro-acetamide and propanoic acid-2,2-dimethyl-2,6-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl) -4-methylphenyl ester significantly inhibited aroma quality. Besides, Diisobutyl succinate and 1-phenyl-1,3,3-trimethylindan were correlated positively with aroma, while acenaphthene and cyano acetic acid correlated positively with off-flavor.

Abstract:The barrate structure and operate process of a chamber centrifugal separator were introduced in this paper. The barrate structure was improved for enhancing the separation efficiency of this kind of machine. The flow rate of the suspension in the improved barrate of a chamber centrifugal separator was analyzed, which provided a theory basis for ceaseless automatic discharging of solid particles.

Abstract:The precise time integration method was used to simulate the migration of chemical substances from plastic packaging material to food and was evaluated theoretically. The L2 error estimate between the exact solution and the approximate solution were obtained, which showed that the precise time integral method is a high-precision method.

Abstract:The architectural systems of big constant temperature fresh-keeping storeroom for potato tubers and the key points of architectural & structural design were analyzed. There are mainly two kinds of the architectural systems, one is the central return air delivering system, the other is the split type return air delivering system. The key points of the Architectural design are construction of heat preservation airtight design and the fire-protection design. The key points of structural design are the anti-lateral pressure capability of the wall and the bearing pressure capability of the ground.

Abstract:The principles and development of near infrared spectroscopy technology were introduced in this paper. The near infrared spectroscopy technology was used for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of pesticide residues in vegetable. The spinach was chosen as the representation of leafy vegetables, and the regression model was developed by using partial least squares regression. The results showed that the predictive value of the calibration model was reliable, but the universality of the model still needs improving. Also, the research prospects of pesticide residues detection based on the multi-information fusion technology were discussed.

Abstract:A new edge extracting method of meat cells image based on Canny operator and mathematical morphology was established in this paper. The pork biopsy samples in different times during the natural storeage process were produced. First, the cell slice edge of 0 hour cell was extracted with the Canny operator, then structuring elements probe was used for dilation according to the mathematical morphology method, after that gaps within the edge of the fracture and the cell were filled, and smoothed. Experimental results show that this method is better than the Canny edge detection just based on the differential operator, which has laid a good foundation for the cell slice image feature extraction, recognition and others relative researches.

Abstract:A method was established to determine sugars and sugar alcohols in foods by using ion exchange chromatography with pulsed amperometric detector. The samples were separated on a CarboPac PA1 (4mm×250mm) anion exchange column using gradient elution of sodium hydroxide. The relative standard deviation of this method is 2.53%~4.57% and the recovery is in the range of 96%~101%. The method is fit for rapid detection of sugars and sugar alcohols in foods.

Abstract:By employing the continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory developed by Mawhin, a kind of functional differential equation with a deviating argument such as x" (t)+h(x(t))f(x′(t))+g(x(t-τ(t)))=p(t) is studied. Some new results on the existence of periodic solutions are obtained, which generalizes the known result(see [9]).

Abstract:In [1], the authors proved that if external force field is a kind of linear fucntions, the mean curvature flow with external force field smoothly exists in a finite time interval and the convexity of the hypersurfaces is preserved. Based on these results, we will prove that if the initial hypersurface is srictly convex and compact, it will contract to a point in finite time.
