    摘要:

    燕麦作为世界性栽培作物,是一种营养价值较高的全谷物,富含膳食纤维、蛋白质、脂类、维生素及矿物质等营养成分,在调节机体脂质代谢、降低血糖和改善便秘等方面发挥重要作用。而燕麦蒽酰胺作为燕麦中特有的多酚类化合物,其生理功能备受关注,研究发现天然燕麦中含量较高的燕麦蒽酰胺2c、燕麦蒽酰胺2f和燕麦蒽酰胺2p具有多种生物学活性,在常见慢性疾病的防治中发挥重要的保健功效。系统性阐述了燕麦蒽酰胺的研究进展,包括其化学结构,抗氧化、减轻炎症反应、预防动脉粥样硬化及抗肿瘤等生物学活性,以期为燕麦蒽酰胺的综合利用及相关保健产品的开发提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Oats, a worldwide cultivated crop, is a whole grain with high nutritional value. It is rich in dietary fiber, proteins, lipids, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, which serve critical roles in regulating lipid metabolism, reducing blood glucose, improving constipation and other aspects. As a special polyphenol of oats, avenanthramides has attracted much attention for its physiological functions. Studies found that avenanthramides 2c, 2f, and 2p were in higher content of natural oats, which had multiple biological functions and played an important health care role in the prevention and treatment of common chronic diseases. In this paper, the research progress of avenanthramides was systemically reviewed, including chemical structure and biological activities of antioxidation, reducing inflammatory reaction, preventing atherosclerosis, and anti-tumor, and hoping to provide reference for the comprehensive utilization and the development of health care products of avenanthramides in oats.
