    以油茶粕为原料,采用热水连续多级逆流提取油茶粕中的茶皂素,优化了单级提取和多级动态连续逆流提取工艺参数。结果表明,单级提取的优化条件为:提取时间85min,提取温度80℃,料液比1:16(g/mL) ,油茶粕提取粒度60~100目。在单级提取基础上,确定l连续多级逆流提取的优化提取级数为3级,每级最佳的提取时间为20 min,此时得到的提取液中茶皂素的质量浓度为33.14 mg/mL,比单级提取质量浓度提高了1.23倍,提取时间缩短了29.41%,提高了提取效率。

    Abstract:

    Extraction of tea saponin from camellia meal by continuous multi-stage countercurrent using hot water with camellia meal as raw material, and the parameters of single-stage extraction and multi-stage dynamic continuous countercurrent extraction process were optimized. The results show that the best conditions for single-stage extraction as follow: extraction time is 85 min, extraction temperature is 80 ℃, material-liquid ratio is 16: 1(g/mL), and the most suitable extraction size of camellia meal is 60-100 mesh. On the basis of single-stage extraction, the optimal number of extraction stages for dynamic multi-stage countercurrent extraction was determined to be 3 stages, and the optimum extraction time for each stage was 20 minutes. Under those conditions,the content of tea saponin in the extract was 33.14 mg/mL, 123% higher than that in single-stage extract. Extraction time was shortened 29.41% and extraction efficiency was improved in the meantime.
