Determination of Sulfite in Foods Based on Luminol Chemiluminescence

    摘要:

    提出了运用化学发光法测定食品中亚硫酸盐的新方法,对影响化学发光的诸因素进行了实验和探讨,得出较佳检测条件:方法的定量限为4.6mg/kg,亚硫酸盐质量浓度在1.0~10.0mg/L与发光强度增强值(ΔI)呈良好的线性关系,R2为0.9934. 对6类样品进行了测定并做加标回收试验,平均RSD 3.05%,平均回收率93.0%,可用于食品中亚硫酸盐的定量与定性检测.

    Abstract:

    The chemiluminescence technology was selected to establish a new method for the determination of sulfites in foods. Various factors affecting the chemiluminescence detection were evaluated and the optimum determination conditions were obtained in this study. The detection limit of the method was 4.6mg/kg. In the range of 1.0-10.0mg/L, the sulfite concentration was positively correlated with the luminous intensity value (ΔI), and the correlation coefficient (R2) was 0.9934. Spike recovery tests of six different samples were evaluated. The average RSD was 3.05% and the average recovery was 93.0%. Chemiluminescence determination results indicated that the new method was a good candidate for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of sulfites in foods.
